I find evidence of both on the internet. Which is greater? God is greater, by far. It would be like comparing a '75 Fiat to a '07 Cadillac.
I also think that the perspective would be biased according to what the individual was bringing to it. ( ;

The Porn Industry is Satan's playground. As it makes up about a third of all Internet publishings, I'd have to say that Satan's presence is greater here.

Satan's presence is greater in most all aspects of life, which includes the internet. Little today is Godly.

The internet is the greatest brain child Satan has ever created. He can finally spread evil and hate to all over the world in a matter of seconds.

Generally speaking, people use the internet, bringing with them their belief systems. Some believe in God, some do not. Those who believe in God contribute their comments and observations about God and Satan. Those who do not are also very unlikely to believe in Satan.
We might also want to examine what you mean by "presence on the internet." Is anyone truly "present on the internet?"

Satan may have more deceived ones or people who know not the truth or even care about the truth.
