May I ask why you were with a prostitute in the first place and secondly and more importantly why did you not use protection against diseases? This is high risk behavior and it concerns me of what is to become of this child. How could you worry about doing the honorable thing when to have honor is to have morals and obviously neither you nor her have any. Too late to worry about honor now.

Err if you paid a prostitute for her services and used protection properly then no it's not your problem cos it was indeed an accident. It's possibly an honourable thing to just offer help if she wants.. Do you really want the child? Does she want the child?

If you had unprotected sex, you put yourself in the position of impregnating her... that's not an accident . it's both your fault in this situation. You should talk to her and see what you guys need to do.. she might not want the baby. Other things to check are STD's.

honestly it is a problem.... dont let anyone tell you thats its not and that you have nothing to do with that child.... there is a child in the middle of this and if you dont step up that child will be raise by a prostitute and the child is yours(if its yours, which you should make sure of because after all she is a prostitute) you had sex (there is always a risk) you should step up to the plate if its yours.... not saying marry her.... find out if its yours first then worry about that

next time you go to a prostitute use condoms .that will not only avoid pregnancy but save you from contracting hiv aids and stds.
you say she is a prostitute. your gesture of marrying her is a great thing. but will she stick on to you. will she not ditch you when she finds some one better than you, for money is the only criteria. you did go to her on paying. once the matter is over thare is nothing binding on you. moreover being a prostitute who knows with howmany people she has contacted and she herself wont be able to say who is the father of the pregnancy. considering all these facts and to what extent she is beleivable ,it is you who has to take a decission.watch out. dont get cheated.

If this is a serious question (which I doubt) then you should probably think about going to the doctor because you had unprotected sex with a prostitute. Then worry about marrying her.

1) how do you know it is yours?
2) prostitutes are not honorable (that way, and especially one that gets pregnant)
3) how is that an accident?
4) if it truly is your kid, then get custody. should be easy enough to do
5) why were you with a prostitute again?

Well, you do have to care for the baby {financially}.
But you don't HAVE to marry the woman. But if she wants to marry you because of the child, do *consider* it. Don't just marry her because you think it's "honorable".

Assuming sincerity, I don't believe marriage is always the answer. A loveless marriage will not benefit the child any more than support checks.

You should wait until the baby is born and give him/her a paternity test. If she is a prostitute anyone else could be the Dad.
