I have white skin with freckles, hazel eyes, and dark brown long hair. I want light it up. What color you recommed?

Try a light auburn. This will go good with your skin tone and bring out your eyes more.
Revlon has a nice, natural looking one in Light Auburn. I've used it in the past with good results.

I would definitely go with a red! With your freckles and eye color that red will really stand out. I would also cut layers! Good luck and God bless!

If you arent sure about the color and if you want to go lighter then you should do it one shade at a time, that way if you dont like it, when your natural hair grows out it wont make you look retarded

I would go with red, with blonde streaks, a bit far fetched, but ya said ya have a light complection. Layer it and possibly cut it shoulder length.

Go for copper, caramel or light brown highlights. They will go really well with your hair colour, and look prettier and more subtle than just going for one colour all over
