Ladies, what does it mean, if I start talking to a woman, and she suddenly starts playing with her hair?
This one lady here at work, I don’t see her very often but few occasion when we chat, she will start twirling her hair, is this a good or bad sign ? lol.

Some women do that because it's a nervous reaction. Of course, she might just have a bad habit of twirling her hair. Either way, why not ask her if you are concerned about it. I really can't understand why people can't come right out and ask the person they want the information from. Your a big boy, open your mouth and ask her. Thank you and good luck.

Twirling hair is definitely a good sign...It means she likes you, and likes that you are talking to her. IF I were you, I'd ask her out. Hey, it might just work out! Go for it! Happy New Year!

Self preening is a form of flirting. Alot of girls tend to do that when they chat to someone that they find mildly attractive. It could also just be a form of nervousness or just being aware that she's untidy whilst talking to you.
hmm come to think of it.. i do it alot at work but I'm definitely not flirting.. must be just fidgety when I talk to ppl to make sure I know I'm giving the right technical answers heh

Well, I am a lady and I play with my hair while I am talking to people all the time. I gather it up and put it behind me to get it outta my face, or I don't know what to do with my hands so I start fiddling with my hair. I ain't flirting with people, I just get really annoyed with my hair! lol
But, this chick is probably flirting with you, finds you attractive and wants your body! lol

For some women, it's a nervous habit. It may mean that you are making her nervous, and that could be a good thing or a bad thing. If she is interested in you, she may be nervous that she's making a good impression. If she's not, she may be nervous and wondering why you don't go away.

depends in what way
- if she like twists it round her finger play fully trying to make it curl whilst talking to you, and smiling and joking, its a sure flirt sign.
- if it looks like shes fixing her hair by smoothing it down, its morelike a self comfort sign, sign she feels abit anxious and nervous.
- if she just trying to fix it, its just vanity.
she prob wants to wash her clothes on those abs of yours
