The necklace i'm planning to get her has a golden flower on it. is it appropriate or should i get her something else?

At her age, the answer is NO and I suppose that the necklace it's epensive.A necklace it's a propper gift for a girlfriend or a wife.

well i don't see anything wrong with it. why wouldn't you give her a necklace. well it all depends is that what she wants or do you want it to be a surprise. i don't see anything wrong with giving a 14 year old a necklace. i think it will teach her responsibility too. learn to take care of things. looking at it she's going to say wow this looks quite expensive i should really take care of it.

Just the fact that you asked, makes me wonder... why not just a card and a gift card? are you in love with her? Why are you so worried if it is appropriate or not? If you are concerned, better stick to generic things, like a gift card...

Yes, it's perfectly perfect for a 14 year old. I would just explain to her the value of it, both financial and emotional value it has. This way she'll cherish it and realize it's worth.

I think a necklace would be nice. But not silver because it turns black and you HAVE to clean it. Maybee white/gold. Silver is a pain. It is okay to buy that.
