I would say your perfect because according to your height and weight your BMI is around 22.8. A BMI of 18.5-24.9 is considered healthy weight. A BMI of 25.0-29.9 is considered overweight, and a BMI of 30.0 + is considered obese.

What I, or anyone else thinks is irrelevant. That is the whole problem with this entire society, they worry about what others think. If your weight is not causing any health risks and you are happy with what you look like, then what others think doesn't matter. Do what you feel is best for you, not because another thinks you should.
BTW...forget the BMI index fad..it's not accurate. Two people can weigh the same while one could be obese and the other could be muscular, yet, have the same BMI. That means one person has more fat than the other. Now think about that.

I wouldnt stress too much about it, you sound like youre a fine weight. But if you are unhappy in any way go for it. 7 pounds is a fine goal, youre old enough to not be dumb and do it the smart way and not damage your body. 130 pounds sounds perfect. No one likes a rail with no boobs, guys prefer some curves :) you can always try just getting toned, that wont be a lot of weight loss per say, but muscle gain and inches lost. you will look a lot better. take up pilates or yoga and it will make you feel better mentally and physically

Depending on your frame your weight class should be anywhere between 117lbs to 144lbs so you are in a healthy weight class most importantly what you should go by is a your BMT you can buy scales that measure this it tells you your body fat percentage and as long as you are below a certain fat percentage your good.
I hope this helps

Cliche as it is, I don't think what every1 else thinks matters. Its what you happy with... But losing a few pounds doesn't really contribute dramatically to how you look, exercising and toning your body is far more appealing aesthetically even if u dont lose that much weight but are toned.

Well I am 25 and 5'4, like yourself, and I weigh 105. Anything more than that on me and I look chunky. So it's different for everyone... depends on build, etc.

At 137 your BMI (body mass index) is 23.5.
At 130 it is 22.3.
The healthy range for BMI is 18.5 - 24.9.
So you're fine as you are, and fine if you lose a few more pounds.
