actually, its not "Tagalog" (which is the primary dialect of Filipinos) try to find someone who's "Visayan" but basically, i think it tells "ok mom, il send a text message for you soon.. budget the money i'll be giving you and be sure to spend it wisely"

I can understand it when spoken outloud to me.. but i'm bad at pronouncing it. Um, "kwarta" means "money"; "importante" means "important". The rest I'm not sure, sorry. :(
