Overstock.com is a very reliable website. I recently purchased a nice men's leather coat from there. It was of the best quality. I received the coat in 2-3 days and was surprised at the quality of the coat. My husband loved it and it was a good fit.

I've shopped there for about 3 years. For many holidays and birthdays, I've done all or most of my shopping at that site, and I've never received an item that was damaged or sub-standard in some way. Some of the stuff I've gotten that I still use are: my watch (a $300 Invicta that I got for about $80), silk ties, a winter coat for my wife, framed art for the house, feather pillows, dress shoes, and a lot of other cool stuff.
Always read the reviews written by customers though. They can be a big help while you're shopping.

I have purchased from this website more times than I can count and have never had a problem. However, that doesn't mean I never will or that you won't. Just be careful, research the items you want to buy, be very careful with credit card numbers and be sure you understand the return policy before you buy.

I think it is. We've been shopping there for several years and have never had any problems. There was one time when they wouldn't be able to ship something in the timeframe they gave me, and then they gave me a gift certificate to use to make up for that. It wasn't even that I needed the item before Christmas or anything, so I wasn't put out. But it was nice that they wanted to make up for their delay.

I've personally have have no problems with them, but I have a friend who had problems. His order went to the wrong address in some other state (a total screw up on there part). They would not send him another set of golf clubs until they got clubs back from where they mis-sent it.
