Cultural and social bigotry, ignorance and stupidity. Also a self hating need to pick on someone else.

I don't hate them personally for God said to Abraham that He would "bless those that bless you(Jewish people) and curse those that curse you." They are still God's chosen people for a loftier, holier purpose, but I think the main reason there's been so much hatred is because Jesus said that "you'll (Christians and Jews alike) will be hated for My name's sake", meaning that because Christ was "murdered" by the Jews, and not sacrificed as He wanted us all to realize, that their blindness concerning who Christ was carried over to all Jewish and Gentile believers. But Judaism has always existed through the most perilous persecution and occupation in human history for the plain and simple reason that God said He would "turn my face AGAIN to My CHOSEN people (Jews)" . They were intended to lead the way all along in carrying out God's work and will supplant the Gentile believers once again. But we will not go unrewarded or cast into a role of servitude to them; we will truly be brothers in bonds, one day ruling as kings and princes with God!

Because they live within the society and get along very well but, at the same time, they have a close-knit community of their own where strangers are rarely invited. They are true to their customs and beliefs. They mostly have a good educations, brilliant careers and they are well-to-do. They have a wonderful wry sense of humour. They are often exceptionally gifted in music, science and arts.

Need I go on? Isn't it obvious? The green-eyed monster !

I don't hate them. I just feel sorry for them. They work so hard to fulfill the law, but come up short in the end because they don't believe in Jesus.
