because it tastes delcious! You can make it with other cheeses....why dont you give it a try? Try making a pizza with cheddar and see how you like it. LOL maybe even a mix of cheeses would be good

the cheddar is to sharp and not mild cheese mozzarella is both mild and sweet and really good on pizza.

whats this got to do with relations n stuff, I think its because of the texture and its more stringy n not over powring with the other flavours
