when I expand the fomula, how could I use a certain cell (not relative position)

Press F4 while typing the formula:

Press F4 once and your formula will be fixed at rows & columns. i.e. =+$A$1
Press F4 twice and your formula will be fixed on rows only, i.e =+A$1
Press F4 thrice and your formula will be fixed on columns only, i.e =+$A1

When you are writing out your formula, click on that particular cell to include it in your operations.

For example, if you want all cells in Column D to be multipled by B3, you can do D1*B3 and then expand the formula down the rest of the column.

Put a dollar sign in front of your cell value, ie. =sum($A1+$A2)

start typing in the formula bar with the = keyword

Use the $ to 'anchor' the cell reference:

I.e. use =$E$5

instead of =E5
