Drink alot of water during meals. MOST people confuse hunger with thirst. 75% of all HUMANS are Chronically dehydrated and dont even know it! I use to be the SAME WAY, always eating when I was really thirsty. I started drinking water at every meal and really chewing my food slowly and focusing on the food itself and after about a week, I wasnt like that anymore. Good luck

Not fun, not even always tastey...but the best tip for big hunger is lots and lots of fiber! And lots of water. Look for 100% whole grains, breads, cereals, etc. Raw veggies are great.
