Allthough, a female journalist was on TV lately; she purchased about 15 illegal passports. Can't recommend that: it's not only illegal, it's also (very) dangerous; they might rob you or worse.
After a purchase failure (a knife was involved), the journalist stopped purchasing illegal passports (she wanted to get all EU passports). She ended the reportage with showing it's possible to come into the UK with some of the illegal passports.

I assume that you want to get a new passport. The easiest way in the US is to go to your local post office and pick up the forms that they have available. They are self explanitory. You will need passport photos and there is a fee.

Take a picture of yourself and paste it on some construction paper. LOL

you cant make one yourself its illegal if you go to an airport with that they will arrest the stuffings out of you..what you can do is go to the authorities or go to the nearest photo store or shop by your house and they can make you one it's about 100 dollars depending on where you live...And no you cant really go to rite aid or duane reade or any of those stores wherre you can get those one hour photos you have to go to a professional photo shop/store

You have to go to the post office and get it done, you can't do it yourself. That would be illegal, hun.
