i would sugest taking longer. other wise, it is possible that your skin will not be able to cope with shrinking so fast, that it will pretty much stay the same size. and believe me, thats worse than weighing 105.
and is that 105 lbs or 105 kg?
because going down to 55 lbs would probably kill you.

Well, unlike almost EVERYONE else, I'm going to assume you mean kilograms and not pounds (so that would mean that now you weigh about 230lbs and you want to weigh about 110lbs)
It's still not possible, not in one month. If you did manage it, you would have some nasty skin folds (the stretched out skin that is left over when people lose weight too quickly) that would require surgery to remove.
Did you make a typo perhaps? Maybe you meant 5 kg? (that's about 11-12 lbs). You shouldn't really be going by weight but by measurements (waist, hips, upper arms, thighs, etc... it's much more accurate, weight is affected by muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat which can lead to a misleading reading on your scale!)
Eat more veggies, drink your 8-10 glasses of water and exercise whenever possible!

That is pretty much an impossible task. YOu can lose the weight, but it will take a bit longer than you want.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

At a weight of 105, you are already at a good weight even if you are at a height of 5'. Therefore, if you are taller than 5' then you are already too skinny. If you think you are too fat, then I suggest you seek professional counseling since this is a sign of anorexia.
You do not need to lose weight.

The only way you can lose that much weight that fast without dying is to become an astronaut. You could lose that much weight instantly if you were on the moon. Aside from that, it's a pretty unrealistic goal.
Check to see what the ideal weight is for your height. You want to be thin, but not anorexic. If you're already at the ideal weight and you still feel fat, check with a psychologist because you have a mental problem. Seriously.

If you weigh 105, why are you trying to lose weight. People like me who are 50 pounds overweight should worry about that, not you. Go see a therapist. It's not your weight that is the problem.

You need to seek help, for a weight disorder. No one should weigh that little unless they are under the age of 10 and no one should lose 50 pounds in one month (average 5-10 pounds).

ok im 5'2 and i weight about 102lbs, i would like to gain at least 10 more pounds but i cant, i try and i just cant, and i eat ALOT i absolutly love food.
youll be in the hospital beeing force fed through tubes that they shove in your throwt and to your stomach
IVs will be placed through out your body, you could die if your like 60lbs, if anything you should be gaining weight my dear, and you dont mention how tall you are and your age
dont be crazy like that seriously you need some serious help
