Assumed that the blind person knows that the other person is deaf and that the deaf person also knows that the other one is blind:
The blind person holds the deaf one's hand to attract attention (with his (blind's) left hand), touches his own two eyes alternately with his right hand, and gestures by wringing his two hands to indicate that they (the eyes) dont work (i.e., he is blind).
If the deaf person is able to lip read, then the blind one can talk and let the deaf one understand.

tell him with ur hands....a blind person obviosuly knows what he is doing with his hands and the deaf person can see....some deaf's can read ur mouth so first the blind person could say it "I am blind" and then he could point to his eyes or something like that. (i think) LoL!

try tripping and falling on purpose infront of him and hear..but not too hard,..i guess..
or just walk right into him or something..but that is not nice..
