Most religions do agree on one God, or some god anyways. But most religions do not agree there is a Son of God, Jesus Christ. There is only one true God and thats the Father and one Son of God and thats Jesus. God has given many ways for people to open there eyes to the truth but they continue to reject Jesus. One day when they bow before him then they will beg him for mercy and there will be no mercy.

It is satan, that has power over the earth now, to some limited degre, that is encouraging all people to believe ANYthing but the one true God. God, on the other hand, has done a lot, and does a lot more through his Holy Spirit everyday, to try and nudge people toward looking into him, and into truth more. He does not force, however. The Holy Spirit also prays for us, on our behalf, to God.

Well, He is all-powerful, and can do anything, so he can just make them all agree. And He can make them all choose it with their free will, because He can do anything. When you're omnipotent, you've got options, that's for sure.
