I'm assuming you already know shower, deodorant, tic tacs or breathmints. If you're still having a problem, you may want to take some time off of that busy schedule and voice your concerns to your doctor (dentist too). You may have a condition that is causing your problems that you don't realize.

I know most people outside of the USA don't shower as often as we do, but it is important, if you don't want to fully shower/bathe daily, to at least wash under your arms with soap and water and apply antipersperant/deoderant daily (the anitperspirant is the most imporant as it helps reduce sweat instead of just masking odor). Also, use a nice smelling cologne or after-shave -- just not too much!
Brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day. Flossing is important as it removes the food that brushing might not get to which causes bacteria which causes bad smell. Also, brush your tongue really well, too.
Don't be shy -- be confident!! Take care of yourself and your body and rule the world!!!!!

I say shower twice a day, buy a soap like dial or a similar soap strong scented soap like dial. Use deordant like secrect or a mens deordant that can protect under your arms for at least a good 16 hours. Use lotion, and get body spray or cologane(one that smells good0 brush your teeth regulary and always have mints so you can just pop one in your mouth when you feel like you need to freshen up your breath. I would also advise you to wash your face and moisturize it. At night when you have time, i suggest you bathe, soak your body in a nice smelling bubble bath. And i suggest you scrub too real good.hope this helped you out, now all u got to do is go shopping, but yourself some beauty products, deordant and soap, cologane(body spray) lotion, face wash and etc. And maybe you can bring one of your female friends to help you out.
good luck

first of all this is not a health problem.
u can cure ur problem very easily.
follow the following steps:
(1)for body odour:
while taking bath make use of body wash rather than soap.
then immediately after taking bath make use of body spry especially on those body parts which stink much.
always make sure that u r wearing cloths which are washed and after wearing cloths also make use of perfume.
along with body care take care of ur hair simultaneously.
(2)for bad breath:
brush ur teeth twice a day.
before leaving home eat a clove(which is simpler and effective than) or make use of mouth freshner.
i hope these tips are effective and time saving...

check if you don't have yeast overgrowth infection with Nutritional therapist as that may cause all these troubles! also check your diet do you eat a lot of meat, sugar dairy products? if so cut them as they contain lots of toxins and by building up in the body you have the stink result! also try to detoxify by cutting all the above for a month and take the herb milk thistle to help your liver detox himself. for good nutrition and therapist check www.patrickholford.com

use more deodorant, and get the kind that says antiperspirant + deodorant if you don't have it already (it reduces how much you sweat) also get some of the spray on deodorant as well. For your breath i recommend Listerine pocket strips, they're super minty and if they don't freshen up your breath than nothing can.

use a deodorant for yr BO. for your breath, floss and rinse with mouthwash twice a day... brushing alone is never enough! avoid pungent foods as well, as the smell can be released through pores, too! surprising, huh?
anyway, if any of those fails, go see your doctor. that's how much i can help you
