not to edit it, but are there any computer programs that i can use on my computer to make music?

Fruity Loops every time; easy to master and cheap to buy. Once you get comfortable with it, you could move onto a more industry standard package like Reason.

Band in a Box, if you can afford it. Not sure of current price.
Notation and chord entry. Instrumental arrangment, recording from external source and vocal, midi rendering, midi importing of chords and notes. Full staffs, treble and bass clefs, key slection or conversion. Generates notation for all instruments.
Not cheap and takes some learning process.

Fruity Loops is good to start

I prefer Reason, but it's got a really steep learning curve and having some hardware helps (MIDI controllers and keyboards).
