Use a combination of what these folks tell you. Don't exercise too much, that will add weight. Cardio is the key. Join a dance class, loose the carbs (pasta, bread) and loose the sugars (soda, fruits) and yes, eat a good breakfast [break-fast]. never eat close to bedtime. Very easy, and real.

The fastest way is a crash diet. dont eat anything, maybe an apple and a little fat free yoghurt. But its unhealthy and the weight is gained back fast.

cut carbs and stuff out (bread, pasta etc) and eat small regular high protein meals with lots of vegetables and work your butt off exercising...

HOWEVER its not the healthy way...do it slowly and just eat properly with vegies and fruit and exercise....theres no point stressing your bod with fast weight loss then having it skinny but not healthy girl!
