For the most part, he does his own interpretation in the Bible itself.
2 Peter 1:20, 21 says "For you know this first, that no prophecy of Scripture springs from any private interpretation. For prophecy was at no time brought by man’s will, but men spoke from God as they were borne along by holy spirit."
Many times the interpretation is within the immediate context. Other times one may need to look at related passages.
That usually apples to prophecy. When it comes to doing God's will, most of the time that is plainly spoken. Such things as "You must not murder, you must not steal, you must not commit adultry" and so on. (Exodus chapter 20.)
There are several ways we can do God's will as Christians. We must put his Kingdom ahead of our own interests, and share the good news of that kingdom with our neighbors. Matthew 6:33; 24:14; 28:19, 20.

God is a he. Trust the one that has stood true through the ages. Not these new ones. I know many people was killed for having a KJV bible, and also the bibles that was before that. Read up on the KJV, Geniveh bible, the chain bible. These are just a few I can think of. KJV was the 7th from the first bible and 7 in biblical times means complete.

christians will tell you that it's the "holy spirit" which interprets for you. The problem is, it seems to interpret differently for different people. Same dilemma.

In the Gospel of John we hear "I know my sheep and my sheep know me. They come to me when I call their name."
If one is a Christian, then one is called to be a Christian and already they know the answer. If one is not a Christian, no answer is possible because no answer would be acceptable. I believe other religions have similar answers to this.
