Some guys look really good bald, but I would say that it depends on you. If your confident being bald, leave it. If your really uncomfortable with being bald, get the transplants. It's your head and your the one who has to live with the decision. Who cares what anyone else thinks.

Keep it bald. Bald is sexy. Unless transplants are done VERY well they look bad. I would rather see a bald man than one with transplants any day!

Bald head are nice in some gay but very funny in others. Ask your friends to discuss aboult your look especially girl. Hair transplant is not so nice and is costy

If you are young and still bald, it can be sexy. I mean there are old men there who got bald just because they are old and not because of testosterone. If you are pretty it does not matter you are bald or hairy. Hairy guy can be ugly in the same way as bald guy can be ugly too.
