Your being a total jerk when you don't have strong feelings for her anymore and you wait to say it. I'm sorry. It may be a crappy time of year to it but it's better than pretending.

I think you really need to learn grammar, but if you broke up with her now it would be heartless. Everyone has got issues and I find it pathetic that because she has a few issues you would break up with her. You should be supportive and help her and if you cant do that I dont think you have a future with any girl. If shes never going out you ever thought she doesnt want to, doesnt feel like it, not a going out person or theres a bigger reason e.g. you act like an a s s when you's go out.

dude... to not be a complete jerk you should probably wait until the middle of january for the fact of its after christmas but long before v-day! You should probably just sit her down and tell her how you feel and offer to give her back anything that she wants. She will probably hate you for alittle while, but once she gets over the shock she will respect the fact that you did it like a man! I probably wouldnt tell her how long you have been thinking about doing this!

Around the 15th of January, if you don't change your mind by then. The holidays lead to a lot of introspection, and sometimes your desire to change your life is manifested in wanting to change who you hang out with. Wait long enough to be sure that she is the change you need to make.

Its nice to think about the timing, but you can't worry too much. If you think that you'll be happier without her, don't wait too long to make the change. If you do, you'll be a 'total jerk' breaking up before Valentines Day.

I would have to say, you should break up with her as soon as you feel the relationship is ending. Regardless of the holiday. The sooner the better. There will never be a good time for a break up. Just be honest.

I've always preferred honesty over doubt. I would break it off immediatly. It might seem cruel at first, but in the long run, both will realize it was for the better.

I think you're being a jerk by prolonging her agony. Don't postpone the inevitable. Break up with her, maybe by doing this, you're actually doing her a huge favor.

Have the courage to break up with her as soon as the relationship has deteriorated.

if you let it drag on, the break up will have more of a chance of being nasty, and you have less of a chance of being on speaking terms with her after the breakup.

I'd suggest doing it before she reads your posting here on Yahoo Answers... there's no time like the present, once you've decided in your mind.
