Ehh, Alot of parents would be weezy about the age gap. 8, would be somewere in elemtary school while 22 is up there in college. If you really " love " her, then just try to sit back and enjoy life while you can. Although, Let me give you this advice. Life with come with its heart breaks and nails you have to leap over, but eventually, everything will work its self out.

if you love her then there is no point in not trying..i mean my friend was best friends with someone while her and this guy were going out but when they broke up it was because they were too good of friends. so think that if you truely love her and its not just one of those fake feelings go for it. if you dont try you'll never know.
