Hi Kelly! Sorry to hear. Here are some things you could do:
1. Massage your head with Oil and leave in for 2 hours and rinse.
2. Buy a Charles Worthington intensive leave in coinditioner.
Here is a link to buy it:

I lose a lot of hair when i shower as well but i have not heard of that much before. There is this special hair product that can be bought and helps your hair not to fall out...ask around

There are many different reasons for falling hair...I,d ask myself a few simple questions and then see a doctor if it is bothering you still...Have you had a lifestyle change? any hormonal changes? Change in diet? etc
I had a lot of falling hair after childbirth...it was very worrying but it all grew back. Have a close look at your scalp and see if you can see re growth...good luck.

Go to Vitamin Shoppe and get their B-Complex Stress Formula with C (take twice a day), Vitamin-E with Selenium (once a day), and also get a Biotin suplement (once a day). Also, go to the beauty supply and find a good protein deep conditioner (try Cabots or Ion). Deep condition your hair with the protein conditioner under the dryer or with a conditioning cap and hot towel once a week. Olive oil scalp massages may also help.

Believe it or not, our body sheads 80-100 strands of hair a day. You may or may not have anything to worry about. Perhaps taking vitamins might help and or, go see the dr.

first of all, go to a GP - hairloss may be a sympton of hormonal problems, anaemia or throid problems.
also, if you have been stressed lately or had emotional upset, that could be a reason.
the doctor, upon eliminating a medical problem, can refer you to a tricologist.
