Because angels are immortal and not human, while Jesus needed to come into the world as a mortal human in order to die for everyone's sins. It was a better test of faith

Jesus needed to be true God (of the Father) and true man (of the virgin). This is how the prophecies of the Old Testament were fulfilled. "A man born of a virgin, born under the law to redeem those under the law, so that all might be saved and come to the glory of God."Angles were never human and could not complete the prophecy as Jesus did.

He needed to come like that to make himself humble. He needed to be rejected like that so that they wouldn't love him like that. Otherwise they wouldn't have crucified him and he wouldn't have washed away our sins and he wouldn't be our Saviour. He needed to show that he wasn't an earthly king, making his glory and kingdom on earth, but an everlasting king, making his kingdom in heaven. I hope you understand.

That is for God to know, that is all his business.It was written many years ago in the bible times so it had to happen that way, or scripture would have been broken. and Christ said not one would be broken.
