is the csa still running?

the csa contacted me a while ago to say that i was going to start gettin money of my ex partener.but i still havnt recieved any.can anyone tell me what is supposed to be going on thanks

I heard that the csa doesn't exist any more. You could ask at your local post office or try calling Income support/wftc for advice. Hope that helps a little.
