I drink a lot of coffee and soda, which I know contributes to this problem, but I brush and floss everyday. I'll also use Crest Whitestrips every so often. So my teeth are relatively white, but I am increasingly getting brown staining between them, especially on the bottom. It's only noticeable right now up close. How can I prevent/reverse this either at home with conventional dental methods, or at the dentist if necessary? (Obviously, not drinking coffee isn't an option.) Thanks!

maybe you just need a pit stop at the dentist for your 6-month cleaning.

Oh, Staining between teeth may be because of caries or non cariogenic bacterial stains. In both cases you have to visit Dentist as he will clean non cariogenic bacterial stains or ask you for restoration of carious lesion.
Visit www.kashidentalhospital.com for further need.
they are good and serve Dental Tourism. They are cost effective and have world class facility.

During a cleaning, your hygienist can use a polishing strip to remove stains between teeth.

Drink a glass of water after every cup of coffee or can of soda for prevention.

For correction - instead of Crest Whitestrips, use one of the gel whiteners with the UV light you can buy at CVS or Walgreens ($20-30). You paint on the gel then hold the light over the gel. This way, when painting, you can focus on covering the cracks between the teeth as well.

Yes crest white strips actually work. I use to smoke before and my teeth were all yellow. After i used them my teeth became so much more white, like glow in the dark white. I also got them from free because I found this link. All I had to do was enter my email address in and I got them for free. The link is http://urlx.org/directtrack.com/94d87 if your interested.

that is plaque built up, you need a cleaning from the dentist and they will scrape it had the same problem once it is there flossing doesn't take it away, and be careful using the crest white strips the actually are bad for your teeth they strip the enamel right off, Crest use to be a good toothpaste but I found that it did not clean my teeth like it use to so I went to Colgate but make sure it is the white paste not gel, try it you will be surprised.
