None. But I do take steps to save money, like driving a fuel efficient car, using energy efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs and setting the thermostat a little higher in summer and lower in winter.

CO2 is not the problem . A few million years ago Mother Nature took care of this problem when she introduced plants. The plants take in CO2 and keep the C and give us back the O2 in a process called photosynthesis. If u don't believe me go measure it and u will find that u will measure 1 to 2 parts per million. This is nothing where did all the CO2 go? If it was not for the plants we would all be dead.

A 20 year old (full grown) tropical tree is said to produce an year's requirement of oxygen for a person every day... that too after removing considerable CO2 from the atmosphere... Hence this nature's scavenging can simply be exploited... have more green plants that would clean up the air around... in the balcony, in the terrace, on the compund walls.. wherever you can... many flower plants are hardy and require least water for maintenance...

It seems that the only sign of global warming is in the arctic circle. To get there to see it you have to fly in a plane that uses fossil fuel and a waste of fuel for a hand full of people that only go there to see how the condition is. So I am not going to the arctic and saving approximately 20 thousand gallons of fossil fuel. If everyone stops going to the arctic then no one will know or care how the arctic or the polar bears are doing and we will save then a couple million more gallons of fossil fuel. Scientist have concluded that the earth has been in a warming cycle since man evolved it is only now that man has learned how to harness that science into personal gain whether it be financial or political as in Gore's case.

I'm asking Al Gore to trade his private jets for a bicycle so he will reduce his carbon footprint which is far larger than mine will ever be.
If Al Gore really believes carbon dioxide causes global warming, and that global warming is as big a threat as he says, then why does he have such a huge carbon footprint?
The only 2 logical answers are that Al Gore is either lying or he wants to kill us all.
There are 13 distinct polar bear populations on earth. 11 of these have increases in numbers over the last 10 years, and the other 2 have remained stable. Evidently polar bears love global warming. Save the bears, burn fossil fuels!!!

I am reducing the amount of CO2 by exhaling about every 2.2 seconds instead of every 1.8 seconds like I used to. I should reduce my total output by .072 kilograms of cabon in my lifetime.
Meanwhile, Mt St Helens (or another volcano) will erupt and will put more CO2 and soot and other pollution into high levels of the atmosphere than all industrial activity in the past 50 years.
What environmental action can we take short of sytematically killing off a third or more of the human population that will reliably make any difference whatsoever??
