Is there anyone left in India who isn't already attached to a helpline/tech support line of some sort in America to implement this?

They have! in contrast to previous years, non-combat missions such as preparing food, servicing vehicles, ammo and POL (petroleum, oil & lubricants) and even a lot of the security has been outsourced in Iraq today,

The food is prepared (at least in Baghdad) by KBR (Halliburtin), and most of the mess men are Indians. There are civilians there from many countries doing a multitude of non-combat jobs. Even a lot of the security is not being done by Marines and Infantry soldiers. There are hundreds of Gurkhas working for three different private security companies. Global and Aegis are two of them. These guys are armed with M4 carbines. There is another security company that uses Gurkhas armed with AK-47s.

Two reason, if you outsource to India, the job will be done right, and White America is afraid that India Men will do a better job then White Boys. Second We are not stupid.

Actually, if we could pull it off, that would be a great plan lol. Pick a country we can trust, and motivate them to take our place in Iraq.
