Sure, why not? If He exists, then He would have known from the moment of creation that He would be scrutinized, and therefore must have planned it that way. If He does not, then it is the same as scrutinizing the fire-breathing dragons of the Northern Pacific ocean.

To scrutinize means to examine, study, pour over. God welcomes such. Indeed, He encourages it. Acts 17:11-12, Isaiah 55:6, Acts 17:26-28.
