If I am recognizing the letters properly, it shows Lamed, Bet, Rasch and Mem. Anyone know what that reads and means?

jinjon1 is correct...
it could also be אברם as in the name Avram (Abraham)
or לבכם = your heart
or a few more option if you misread one of the letters...
would be helpful if you could write ot in hebrew here, then I can tell you what it is for sure!

I'm not sure what you mean;
it might be two seperate words - לב רם
this can be read LEV RAM - Lev is heart, Ram is high. meaning - high heart.

if it is one singer word, לברם, there is no meaning to it... there might be a spelling error. can it be לברך? lamed, bet, resch, chaf - meaning to bless (LE-VA-RECH)
