first start a conversation say how much you love getting to know her compliment her then choose somwhere romantic and then just tell her don be scared but if you have just started this relationship dont say it or else it will scare her away and make sure that she feels the same way

just say " hey, you know what?....... I think im in love with you. its mostly cause when i look into your eyes i feel that you are the most beautiful wonder in the world " or some **** like that. as long as you throw the I and LOVE and YOU some how. and if you stutter dont quit girls like that.
