how did u guys lose u r weight? and how? n with in how many days?? pls tell me

You should loose weight at a rate of 1-2lbs per week. Increase your cardio and also do strength training. Reduce your calorie/ fat intake. Basically burn more than you consume and you're on your way, just don't be in a hurry, it takes time. It's a lifestyle change, otherwise it doesn't last.

I changed jobs in 2002 and my new job was very physical in an aerobic way. All day long I was forced to reach high and squat. I lost about 40lbs in 3 months. I also went vegetarian. In 2004 a new position was created for me, so I'm mostly at a desk now and I've put about 30lbs back on.

What I'm trying to say is that you should exercise daily, even when you're doing small tasks (if you're in the kitchen and need something from a bottom cabinet, don't bend over, squat down to retrieve what you need. If you're washing dishes, stop taking so many steps to reach or place something and try standing still and twisting in the direction you need to when reaching (left or right).

I used Weight Watchers and followed their meal plans. I was able to lose 25 pounds in a few months. After the holidays are over, I'll go back to Weight Watchers again because I'm rarely hungry with their plan and the food is yummy.
