I'm interested? He practically knows my parents and family so it's weird...but I do like him, so what kind of body language should I give him? I don't stare but do look at him somtimes...what can I tell him? What can I talk about with him?

Oh when we talk we don't shut up...it's like you get one of us started. I always hi and bye and merry christmas or goodnight or whatever...I try to not sound overly excited though

he already knows you like him or he wouldn't have gotten up the courage to talk to you in the first place.

Dear Interested,

Find reasons to spend time with him. Find things you have in common. Do you both like football, the playoffs are coming up. Or, perhaps bowling, chess, movies, pool. Swimming, walking is always good. Talk to his Family or friends, to find out what he likes to do, but be discreet, say something like, I might be interested. Always leave a doubt. After you find out, read up on the subject and talk to him.

After you get him alone, you are very correct, body language is very important. Now its important to be sensitive to him. If he feels pressured, he may run away. Not what you want. O K first enter his space, stand close to him or sit close to him. Just close enough to rub elbows, lets say. Then move away. Then go back. Touch his hand, his arm, if he seems open, perhaps his shoulder. Again, be aware of his comfort level. If he seems to enjoy what you doing, keep doing it. Always move away and come back. If he seems uncomfortable, back off for a while , then try again. You may find him coming after you when you back off. Wear a very, very, very, light perfume, something expensive. You want him to wonder, and remember. Smile, be a friend.

Also, very important, when you with him, talk to him find, out what he is interested in. His friends and family may not have a clue or may be all wrong. Remember what he likes and dislikes, and when your alone write it down in a notebook so it is set in your mind, then tear it out and throw it away. You don't want him to think your a stalker !!

Last. Good relationships take time to build and are hard work to keep going. But are so worth it. He may not be the right one for you, but the skills you learn with this one can be used for the rest of you life. This is like everything else, pratice makes perfect. The more you work on your relationship skills, the better they will be. This sounds cold, I know, but it is a fact of life, and realy so much fun.

Good Luck

David

i think that if your so scared around him and dont know what to do then there is no chance. a guy wants a girl who lightens up around him and is cool. stuff like that carrrrooot guy said. but you can be a friend for him and be there for him. if you cant show him that you'll be a great girlfriend for him show him that you'll be a great friend and prove it. give him yuor best smiles and show him your feelings by the little things.

You could always compliment him back by saying he's handsome. Smiles always work, regarding body language.
