he has stopped writing for two weeks. should i wait for him to reply my e-mail or should i write him another e-mail instead?

If you've been emailing him in the interim and he hasn't replied. STOP and do not send anymore. You'll look a loon and ain't no man like to think he has you hook, line and sinker.
Wait, let him email you. And if he doesn't, well, he's probably just not that into you.

i think you should send another one and see what happens if he loves you he will reply but do not push him too much or you will scare him off maybe there is something that is bothering him and he needs some time to clear his mind so give him a little bit of time and see if he doesn't come around ok.

I'd send him a quick email. Tell him youre just checking he's ok coz you didnt hear from him. If he doesnt respond to that one leave it where he is. Sometimes people can be ignorant and repetative calling/mailling etc can push them away.

write him an other email asking him what the f### is going on with him.ask him for the reason otherwise you wont stop thinking about him before you know whats up

Do you know if he has even read your emails? If he hasn't, let it be. If he has read your emails, try writing another one. Use it a test, whether he writes back or not.
