There are no symptoms of conception, although you can have some implantation bleeding when the fertilized egg attaches to the wall of your uterus.
My earliest signs of pregnancy -- sore nipples (not sore breasts, i get that every month, but sore nipples), and cramping like i was going to get my period, but when i'd go to put on a pad, there was no blood. After two rushes to the bathroom with nothing happening, i took a test and it was positive.

My biggest symptoms was extreme fatigue, at 4 weeks pregnanct I was falling asleep all the time. I did not start getting sick until about 8 weeks along, and my boobs never hurt until recently and I am currently 18 weeks.

My signs were extreme exhaustion by the end of the day and headaches.
I didn't have nausea or morning sickness.

The earliest are usually nasuea, fatigue and breast tenderness and of course missing your period.
