Don't think hair can grow back over a scar. Try using an eyebrow pencil the same colour as your eyebrow hairs that should help make it look more natural.

You can't regrow the hair because that skin is now necrotized- no hair will grow there again. You could try blending the rest of the eyebrow hair in with an eyebrow liner the color of your eyebrow- I've done that before. You can't really tell the difference, which surprised me. Try it at home and see what you think. Make sure you get the right shade first.

I also have a scar in my scalp that won't grow hair and I don't think it ever will because I've had the scar for about 15 years and nothing yet, and I have long hair it just won't grow there. I think you should take a mascara brush and just brush it in the spot with no hair it should look normal then.

hairs will never grow back, but remember a scar makes u the person u are today, and many people like the idea of a scar as it makes them an individual.

It won't grow back - but if it really really bothers you, consider permanent make-up. This means they conceal the spot where the scar is by tattooing hair-like strokes on your eyebrow area. Most cosmeticians offer this treatment and if it's done well, you will barely notice the difference.

Sorry, you can't. No hair follicles in scar tissue. They only exist in the skin you were born with!

If it makes you feel better, I've had exactly the same thing since I was four (I'm a bit older than that now), and everyone says it makes me look cool.

Well, every little helps!

Everyone that I know that has a scar in their head, eyebrow, arms etc where there is lots of hair, the scar remains hairless. Scar tissues does not have hair follicles.

The only way to rid yourself of the scar is by having the scar tissue removed then having it re-stitched closer together.
