obviously not. The world is in a state of perpetual denial and acceptance of different gods anyway, and there has never been one single religion that has been proven as valid.
The REALLY good question is "Does it make a difference if God reveals himself to us or not"? And the answer is yes, because if he did then people might finally stop going around killing each other over what he supposedly said.
If this is for philosophy, I would approach the paper from an existentialist viewpoint. An existentialist takes the following view on God: Whether or not god exists is an irrelevant question because we can not answer it. What DOES matter is how belief in God affects mankind. Since existentialism (in earlier forms) viewed theism as a positive force on humanity, then belief in god(s) was held in a positive light...however the view that theism provides a more positive than negative impact on humanity is becoming a point harder and harder to defend.

well if there's no god or gods and (hence) no afterlife it aint gonna make much difference to anyone once theyre dead cos they wont know anything about it, though the money they spent supporting their local vicar, pastor, rabbi, imam, priest, etc, could have (perhaps) been better allocated.
the real problem arises of course if there is a god or gods and you chose the wrong one.
die-hard atheists are in a for a bit of a body-blow whichever way you look at it, but any devout puritan is bound to suffer a severe culture-shock if a somewhat bemused Allah issues them with 72 virgins and tells them, well done! you lived a good life, now, go, enjoy. whilst quite how an equally devout islamist would greet being handed a harp, a halo and a pair of angel wings by St Peter at the pearly gates, is anyone's guess.
just try and be nice to each other you guys? oh. and keep your fingers crossed.

Yes. There is a lot of difference if there is a God, the simple knowledge that there is a God gives a lots of people reason for living because we believe that God is able to do all things above our expectations and there is a conviction within us that when the World come to an end we shall see Him face to face.

It all depends on where you end up in the long run after this life is over. (yes I know everybody ends up in the grave) It makes a very important difference. You did not ask for a long answer so I will leave it at that, but can tell you more if you are interested. (my opinion based on the Word of God and what He has said about it)

whether god is real or not it sort of helps the community and the world that people believe it. It brings people together and makes people become better people. Also there are people in the world that need support so they know they can always turn to the lord for help and that sort of thing. If people didnt believe in god then everyone would feel very much alone. Hope this helps

The question is shrouded in ambiguity and completely dependent on each individual theistic value - perfect for a religion and spirituality q&a!
The question is like asking "does it make any difference if there is a hat in a room on the other side of the world?" The only 'difference' is that there is or not, it makes no difference to the world as we know or experience it.

Yes it does. It is faith. Believing without seeing - trusting that God is who He says He is. I think it is important. Where there is faith, there is hope - which is something we all need as people. So all that said, yes it is so important to believe God and His Word - having a real and thriving relationship with Him and His Son Jesus Christ - it is because of hope. Blessings and prayers going out for your paper.

If you want any kind of accurate poll, you should define God first.
If you speak to a Christian, they may say yes.
If you speak to a Buddhism, they may say no.
If you speak to a Hindu, a yogi may say maybe - depends on your disposition.
If you speak to a Taoism, they may ask if you define God as Tao or not.
Each of these have different conceptions of God.
If I said, "I am God" - a Christian will think I am crazy, but a Hindu might say "glad you realized."

if god were to disappear /die now all logic would disapear ,we would first revert back to beasts ,not desire any food ,drink ,gravity is gone sight ,light sound
without god not a child could take form ,not a seed could grow ,
mathimatics become scratchings
logos is everything logic ,the seeing of the seen the hearing of that to be heard
its like saying if all air went away
if light disapeared
inf gravity disapeared
guess to some they wouldnt notice the difference
but yes there would be some differences
a few tiny ones you really wouldnt miss till one second they just wernt egsisting anymore.

I don't think it honestly does make any difference. We shouldn't be so concerned about how we got here, rather we should recognize that we exist and ought to make life better for everyone we meet. Walking in a good way, that's what I call it.
