Understanding, companionship, appreciation for the specifics - a girl wants to be liked/loved for the person she is, not just because she's a girl. Women like to feel unique - understand this and love her for the details.
Women like all sorts of different traits; some will only date blondes - others only men with financial security... but as long as you're independant, friendly, kind, generous and well looked after (decent hair, nice clothes, nails etc) I'm sure the girls will flock over you!

I look for personality(sweer, romantic,sometimes shyness,not a perv) and if he respects the fact that I'm not going to have sex until I get married and with the man I marry. Smart guys attract me alot also. I have to be able to have an intelligent or political conversation with him.I look at talent too. I don't pay attention to looks alot. Seriously i've been attracted to guys who look like the Mexican versions of Napoleon Dynamite becuase he was an awesome guitarist. Rock On.
