I go to the London Metropolitan University which is the biggest university in London. They offer a course called OLP (Open Language Course) and they teach Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. The lessons are about 3 hours long and you can start this January.

These days you can learn how to speak Spanish over the internet. Check out this online course, it's voted as the best Spanish online course of all time: http://www.rocketlearner.com/spanish The course is very easy to follow, I was able to learn Spanish in just 3 months.
I live in New York City, I wanted to go to a Spanish language teacher but that would have cost me over $800 per month. Good thing with this internet, $800 it's a lot of money for me.

I know a good place to learn Spanish wherever you are. You can learn it on-line. The cost is very minimal. This website offers comprehensive lessons for Spanish, English, Mandarin (Chinese), Russian, and Latvian for now. It also has a very good Spanish learning tool designed for children, too.

I know some languages schools to learn English in another countries but I don't know to learn Spanish =S but I can help you in some, I'm spanish girl, and if sometimes you hace a doubt just tell me ;)
