Get in touch with the Sec. of the Scottish Lhasa Apso Club. She should be able to give you details of reputable breeders. If you don't mind travelling, you could also try some of the other Lhasa clubs:

I think you should do more research on the breed before getting one. They can be difficult little monsters and you apparently haven't researched much since you spelled it wrong.
