If the person providing the sample is dirty, then admit the use and ask for help. If you mean the PO is dirty, then the person needs to go directly from testing to the front desk at the probation department and ask for the PO's supervisor. Explain to the supervisor her belief that the PO who just conducted a test is under the influence. It needs to be done immediately, so that the Supervisor can act on the information immediately, while the PO is still behaving abnormally.

I would yell at you, but probably not issue a warrant as a reward for being honest.
Relapse is a part of recovery.
If you voluntarily went to 30 NA meetings in 30 days, that would show your PO that you're committed to your recovery.

Don't just panic and not show up, or refuse to provide a sample.
Your attitude towards your PO will have a great deal of influence towards where you spend the month of January.
Be pleasant, calm, and contrite. Do not act like a crackhead.
Wear appropriate clothing, and do not report 2 minutes before he goes to lunch.

My son was on probation and at first he knew if they made him take a UA it would come back dirty so he told his PO and she told him she would not talk one & gave him 45 days to get clean he did and then she took one. Be honest because most of the time they will work with you. Do not miss your appt. that will only make it worst.
