BRUSHETTA!!!
Slice a roll of long french bread about 1/2 inch thin on a diagonal bias.. toast with olive oil in the broailer a couple minutes till crispy. scrub with a clove of garlic over the crispy side. Top with anything you want, don't forget the cheese on top (yum) and return to the broiler till melted through. I love those with fetta or goat cheese slices, gooey and savory.

this dip is the best
Hot Buffalo Wing Dip
2 celery stalks--finely chopped
1 12 oz bottle of Frank's Red Hot (or 14 oz for hotter dip)
2 cups Ranch dressing
2 8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs. chicken, cooked and shredded
Sauté celery in Red Hot. After sautéing for a while, throw in cream cheese to melt. Combine all ingredients reserving 2 cups cheddar cheese.
If baking in the oven, use 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.(after 20 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.)
If using crock pot, cook on high until heated through, then turn back to low to serve.
Serve with celery sticks, bleu cheese dressing and crackers.

Taco Dip
16oz softened cream cheese
16oz sour cream
2 packs taco seasoning
shredded lettuce
shredded cheese
black olives
diced tomatoes
Mix cream cheese, sour cream + taco seasoning, until smooth. Spread mixture on large platter or cookie sheet. Top w/ lettuce , cheese and olives. Just before serving add tomatoes or dip will get runny. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
