In my opinion, I would love the lady to make the first move. I dont want to make her feel rushed or I am trying to get her into bed, so I wait. If she made the first move then i would know that she is receptive for moving forward. No, I would not think she is a sl** unless she invited me in on the first date and we kicked it.

Maybe she's tired of waiting for the guy to make the first move so she takes the initiative. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that because if you both really like each other then it doesn't matter who makes the move as long as it gets done.
