Could be vertigo, possibly caused by an inner ear infection. Or if you are female, you could be pregnent, as "morning sickness" is not just limited to mornings, as one of the ladies I work with can testify.

Go and see your doctor, to set your mind at rest.

Sounds like you have Vertigo, which is common. It can be caused by excess fluid in your inner ear. Talk to your doctor and see if he can prescribe Antivert for a few weeks.

If you were female you could be pregnant but chances are you suffer from vertigo, either way you need to see a doctor soon.

It prob is vertigo, a ear infection. It will get worse unless its treated. Get to your GP before it ruins your New Year.

You are either pregnant or have an inner ear infection maybe vertigo....either way you should probably visit your doctor.
