i was sitting alone wz him and he held my hand and looked me in the eye and then kissed my hand..it was ok but all of sudden it seemed like it got out of control cuz it was like he was sorta of kissing and suckiong on my hand and he didn't let it go..we agreed no sex..but i felt so strange that i couldn't tell him to step and he really kept doing it and on the palm of my hand..i dun know what happened,,did he *** and couldn't control his desire..i know i sorta get out..is it normal??

As far as kissing is concerned it is quite normal and since you agreed not to have sex that is also fine. Going beyond that should have your consent whether it has to be a sexual relationship or not. Without your agreeing to it no one can get access to you. If you feel comfortable go ahead or politely refuse him. there is nothing wrong in expressing your feelings.
