Do a little bit work to burn the calories you have gained through your diet. Try to perform Yoga during evening hours. most effective is Vajrasan after having supper or dinner to have a quicker digestion. Have a nice sleep and avoid being tensed. Reduce Sweets. Add Green leafy vegetables to your diet.

to lose weight the first thing you need is will power.

if you have that then you are already half way there !

rule no 1 is DO NOT DIET - no matter what the books and celebrities say, diets are not right way to lose weight, as you will put the weight back when you stop the dieting.

rule no 2 the only way to loose and maintain weight is : healthy food and lots of exercise.

drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday.

eat healthy foods. try going vegetarian as veggy foods are less fatty (except oils and cheese of course)

eat green leafy vegetables regularly salads

cut down on your alcohol and fatty food such as oily fried foods, cholocates and whatever that is high on fat.

go for the healthy option - brown bread instead of white, bran flakes instead of sugary breakfast, fruit instead of snacks crisps between meals

eat more 'filling foods' so you dont keep feeling hungry - such as bran, bananas etc.

do 30 minutes exercise atleast 3 days in a week - everyday if possible. you dont have to join to gym or something if you dont want to. brisk walking / jogging / swimming for 30 minutes will be good enough.

if you continue above then you will see the difference in 2 months

U can slowly reduce its size by doing yoga exercise, but strictly under the guidance of a proven Guru, otherwise, u will end up with cramps in ur stomach!

Take raw vegetables as much as u can along with cooked food with unsaturated oils (like sunflower oil).

If u like chillies, try to have one chilli more a day, it is a good cleanser of stomach gases and u will feel light!

Try to eat 4 times a day in small quantities than 3 times with full stomach. Drink water 30 minutes after meals instead of topping immediately after meals!

But, one sure shot is keep urself under tension (not joking) for a long period until u r comfortable with ur tummy size! Tension melts the tummy fat quicker than any other method.

Avoid spicy/Junk foods/butter/fast foods/potato/wafers/sweets/soft-drinks/hard drinks/sugar/oily foods.

well i suggest u must undergo a balance diet...low carbohydates low fat,less calorie,less caffiene....and most of all u need exercise...and take note u must eat on time & 4 sure make a time table and a diet table too...
example:
6am---- french toast or oatmeal,fried egg,vegetable salad & orange juice...
9am----soda cracker & water
12noon---1 cup of rice,chicken tinola,any salads may fit,mango juice
3pm---wheat bread & grape juice
6pm----chicken soup or any soup u want may fit,fried fish & water
just always remember ur diet must be balance the presence of the 3 basic foods must be there.....so good luck...:)wish you could gain what you want......:)

From what I learned and it can be totally wrong, if you eat small meals your stomach should shrink to accomidate the change. If you get your stoamch stapled then that should help too.

Walk in full fledged for 1 hour, Less food (fat, carbohydrate), Don't eat full stomach, Gym and can use sauna belt

Go for Runing don't eat faty thing like butter, chees,ect. after eating food go for walk not for long distance but.

eat what you want but drink nothing but water with every meal!!!!!!you can loose 10 pounds in about 2-3 weeks .but you must only drink water nothing but.
