Your best bet is to contact the terminal you wish to leave from first. I looked at the website at military.com, although it is very informational, I would not make my decisions based on that info alone. You always want to contact the terminal you will be departing from first to make sure that the availability will be there when you want to travel. Space A is a wonderful thing, but it can leave you stranded if you do not have a back up plan. Baltimore Intl AP has an AMC counter in the International terminal, they fly to Germany twice a week on Tues & Thurs.

Also check with other bases, Charleston is an AMC hub, your chances of getting out to Germany may be greater than if you left from a smaller base, the availability is greater.

Check with the army/reserve army first to hear what the rules says. Its safer. Even thou the id is the same the rules cuold be different. I also think that the id says what force youre in even thou you cant tell it. Call them or check the web. Johan

Why would you have to pay "3 grand"? Have you actually checked the airfares? You should both be able to fly roundtrip for about $800 total.
