i want to be able to cut items out of a picture do you know which free software can do this and make it look realistic!

Go to www.100-downloads.com for free imaging software it gives a choice of at least a dozen free programmes to download.

As Golden Ray says, Irfanview is best. I've used it on all versions of Windows from 95 to XP, and it's excellent and stable.
