I already know I just want to see who else knows or has proof that it's not the price that i think it is

The exact cost is still classified. Estimates run between $1.5 billion and $2.4 billion EACH. $2.1 billion is probably pretty close. The B-2 is by far the most expensive aircraft ever built. At the upper end of the cost estimates, it's about 1/2 the cost of a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier!

There's one important issue to consider as it applies to military procurement, particularly for aircraft. The initial buy includes the aircraft as well as a cache of spare parts called the "Initial Support Spares". The total contract price is then divided by the number of the aircraft on the contract to arrive at a per-aircraft cost. What is not generally known is that that price includes the Initial Support Spares package costs; they are not broken out separately on a line-item basis.

This is what often leads to the $300.00 hammers and $1,000.00 toilet seats. When the spare parts are loaded into the supply system, many of the prices are educated guesses since the contract didn't specify individual pricing. It's relatively easy to guesstimate pricing on high-cost items like engines and not raise any eyebrows -- people expect an aircraft engine to be expensive. However as you work down to the bottom of the list, dividing up "bits & pieces" into individual pricing numbers becomes challenging. You know the total price of the Initial Support Spares package but you don't have a clue as to what the individual prices are. The whole thing has to equal out in the end so the prices of some items are extremely arbitraty, hence the seemingly outrageous pricing for otherwise mundane items.

B1- B Lancer is a Strategic Bomber. It was built by Rockwell International, North American Aircraft. It is similar to Tupolev's Tu-160. It was first deployed in June 1985. Each unit cost $200-plus million per aircraft.

On the second link I found this price:
Unit Cost: $283.1 million (fiscal 98 constant dollars)

The way to think about it is, B-2 = 2-billion dollars. And yes, they were procured at those prices. With inflation from the price 5 years ago, i would expect them to cost an additional 750 million in todays dollars to procure.
